1. Sign up in 2 minutes
Your scheme ID, the postcodes you cover and the days you work. No bank details at this stage. We check your scheme ID against the EPC register.
2. Get offers on WhatsApp
"New pre-paid EPC job in TS17. Your fee: £40. Reply by 12:00." Tap Accept or ignore it: each offer has a reply-by time, then it goes to someone else. You never have to take a job.
3. Book the visit and do the survey
When you accept, we send the address, the contact and any access notes. Call them within 2 hours to arrange a time. The job is already paid for: there's nothing to collect at the property.
4. Lodge and get paid
Lodge the certificate as usual, then reply LODGED with the certificate number (or just LODGED and we'll find it on the register). That's it.
What you're paid
Bigger homes take longer, so they pay more. The fee is set by the size of the home, using the floor area on its last EPC where there is one, and every offer shows the size and your fee before you accept.

When you get your money
- You lodge the certificate and reply LODGED on WhatsApp.
- It appears on the EPC register, usually within a day or two. We check it's there for the right property.
- We send your fee straight away to your account with Stripe, our payments provider.
- Stripe pays it into your bank in its weekly payout, with every other job paid that week.
You connect your bank when you accept your first job: a 3-minute form on Stripe's own site. We never see or store your bank details. If you take jobs before connecting it, your fees wait safely and are paid as soon as you do.

What does it cost me?
Nothing. No subscription, no lead fees, and nothing is taken off the fee shown on the offer.
Do I have to take every job?
No. Accept the ones that suit you and ignore the rest. Send PAUSE to stop offers while you're away and RESUME when you're back.
Which jobs and areas?
Domestic EPCs (RdSAP) in the postcodes you choose across TS, DL, DH, NE and SR. Change your postcodes or working days any time by sending PROFILE.
Who pays the customer's bill?
They pay us in full when they book (agencies pay on account). You never invoice anyone or take payment on site, and you mustn't: it's the one rule that gets assessors removed.
What if a job is cancelled?
We tell you on WhatsApp straight away so you don't make a wasted trip.
